Recently, Siemens Building Technologies is acquiring Enlighted Inc., headquartered in Silicon Valley, USA the company. The company is a leading provider of building intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Founded in 2009, the company has achieved great success in the field of intelligent buildings and brought advanced digital sensing systems to market.
Both parties agree not to disclose financial details. The acquisition is expected to end in the third quarter of 2018. Enlighted will be an independent legal entity and a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Industry.
